Exhibit Design & Museum-Related Projects
For the Palm Springs Art Museum, I was asked to expand the brand created for their 75th anniversary into print. The logo, designed in-house, was used as a starting point for color and font for the associated print ephemera. The focus was on "then and now" - showing archival pictures from the museum's own collections to highlight their long history in the desert. Each print piece was also bilingual, and both English and Spanish were meant to have equal weight - not an easy task! The final results: a program, postcard, and flyer; are shown at right.

For their 75th anniversary event, I created a bilingual, folded program. | The program unfolded to reveal a detailed listing of events... |

... and unfolded completely to reveal a map. | To promote the 75th anniversary festivities, a postcard was mailed a few months prior to local patrons. |
This handout will promote special offerings and exhibits at both locations throughout their anniversary year. |
